D'Angelo Wins 2016 GAC-VIP Léopold Gélinas Silver Medal
Michael DèAngelo, who recently completed a MSc thesis at Lakehead University as part of the Exploration Footprints project, has been awarded the 2016 Léopold Gélinas Silver Medal by the Volcanology and Igneous Petrology Division of the Geological Association of Canada for his work on the "Geochemistry, petrography and mineral chemistry of the Guichon Creek and Nicola batholiths, southcentral British Columbia ”.
